We also have small designs, pre-cut film and hobby sizes of lead packs for sale, to allow you to have a trial run before completing your masterpiece.
The Self-adhesive lead strip is currently available in both 10metre rolls for the small project, and 50metre rolls for the bigger or ongoing projects. Lead widths come in 3mm, 3.5mm, 4.5mm. 6mm, 9mm and 12mm. The smaller the width, the more intricate the design and is used for flowers, birds and animals. The wider leads up to 12mm are used both for border designs and for creating the charm of the old style cottage diamond patterns on exterior window or kitchen cabinetry.
The self -adhesive film is available in hundreds of varying colour shades and textures to create both authenticity and depth of field in the simulated overlay panel. The colour range is such that you can browse happily for hours creating your own unique design from the variety of shades and textures available which makes your masterpiece a unique 'one off.'

We have a DVD for purchase so you can sit in the comfort of your own home and learn how to complete your masterpiece or you can speak to our staff who can advise and go through the skills and process with you. As glass merchants and glaziers, we also have a range of glass in stock suitable for use in Simulated Overlay Leadlights and can advise the best and correct glass to use to comply with Australian Standards AS 1288-2006.
